This report forms part of the Pre Sale Standard Package for a Residential Building as required by the current ACT Legislation.

This report will primarily focus on compliance of the existing residence and other structures, with the approved plans, certificates and building regulations.

Whilst this report is not required for a Unit Type Development (Class A) it is strongly recommended a Compliance Report is still carried out to protect your interests.
